Set up your details once

Your setting name, your name and your postcode fill in your policies and forms for you.

  1. On your dashboard, under Start here, choose Add my details. It opens your Safeguarding policy.
  2. Fill in the Smart Setup panel: setting name, your name and your postcode. Your local authority is filled in from the postcode.
  3. Open any other policy or form. Your details are already in place.
Read each document through and change anything that does not match how you work before you print it.

Plan my week

Polly drafts Monday to Friday around a theme.

  1. Open Plan my week from the menu, or use the button on your dashboard.
  2. Tap Plan my week in the This Week panel. Polly picks a theme and lays out the days.
  3. Open a day to see the resources and activity for it. Print what you need.
  4. Not keen on the theme? Ask Polly to plan around a different one.

Policies and forms

Your paperwork, filled in with your details.

  1. On your dashboard, tap Policies or Forms. The chips along the top also filter by topic, such as Ofsted prep or Safeguarding.
  2. Open the one you need. It opens with your setting details filled in.
  3. Check it and edit anything that does not fit your setting.
  4. Download or print it for your records.
Templates are a starting point. Always check current EYFS and Ofsted requirements for your setting.

Activity library

Printable activity sheets, posters and play ideas.

  1. Open the Activity library and type in the search box, for example autumn or phonics.
  2. Use the Age filter to narrow it to your children.
  3. Tap a sheet to see a preview. Choose Download PDF, then print it.
  4. Tap Back to library to return to your results.

Asking Polly

Polly is your assistant. She knows the EYFS, what Ofsted looks for and the resources here.

  1. Type a question in the box at the top of your dashboard, or choose Ask Polly from the menu.
  2. Ask in plain English, for example "Next week is bee week, what do I need?"
  3. She answers and points you to the right resources.
Polly gives friendly guidance. For formal safeguarding, legal or medical decisions, she will point you to the proper authority.

Membership and billing

  1. Open Membership and billing from the menu.
  2. Manage subscription opens a secure page to change your card or see invoices.
  3. Cancel membership takes you to the cancel page, where you can also see an offer before you go.
  4. Delete my account asks you to type DELETE to confirm. It removes your account and cancels your subscription, and it cannot be undone.
