Pine Cone Bee

You will need

  • A fat pine cone
  • Yellow & black chunky wool
  • Googly eyes
  • White tissue paper
  • PVA glue

Wind stripes of yellow and black wool around the pine cone, tucking the ends into the scales.

Scrunch two pieces of white tissue paper into wing shapes and glue them to the back.

Dab PVA onto two googly eyes and press them onto the pointed tip — that's the face!

Tie a string to your bee and hang it up — watch the light catch the wings.
